4 years agoThe tower is strategically located with close proximity to the vibrant Westlands area. It is conveniently located to access from whichever Direction whether coming from town or from Westlands. It notably houses the national social security fund offices for Westlands branch. Being a relatively new one with hers quite a lot of parking space and vacant office space to let. Nearby are several management consultancies and business development services, as well as government agencies and corporations.

4 years agoEasily accessible location and relatively new, so much of it's space has not yet been leased. There is parking but not much space. As more space is leased out, it may become full pretty much as traffic increases.
